At Maxwellevate Yoga, I offer private 1:1 mentorship for people navigating burnout, depression, and life transition. Together, we use the full 8-limbed path of yoga — movement, breathwork, meditation, and self-inquiry — to build a personal practice that stabilizes your nervous system, clarifies your values, and reconnects you to your own aliveness.
This is not drop-in yoga.

Over 12 weeks, you will develop a consistent, holistic practice designed specifically for your body, your mind, and your life. The goal is not perfection. The goal is orientation — so that you can respond to your life with more confidence, vulnerability, and steadiness.
Yoga found me in the middle of depression and aimlessness. It didn’t fix me. It gave me tools. It gave me space. It gave me a body I could inhabit and a way to live deliberately.
